"Keep learning, keep sharing, and keep planting those seeds. You might not see the results immediately, but trust me, they'll grow into something incredible."

As a kid, while my friends were out playing, I spent my holidays working in my father's grocery store, stocking shelves and greeting customers, or in my uncle's clothing shop, learning to fold clothes just right. Back then, it wasn't about earning money—it was about learning resilience, responsibility, and resourcefulness. Those moments quietly shaped the person I'd grow to become.

By the time I was 17, I was managing the toys section of a major mall. I worked alongside people much older than me—university students, full-timers. I let them think I was older too. Sometimes, people judge what you can do by your age or grades, but I wanted my work ethic to speak louder for me. And it did.

After graduating from university, I entered the complex world of anti-money laundering. Over a decade, I learned to navigate global financial systems and solve tough challenges. Starting at the bottom, I rose to Regional Professional Services Manager. This drive to contribute more led me to pursue certifications like CAMS, PMP, and ACP—not just to grow, but to remain adaptable in an ever-changing world.

I saw the world shifting toward digital transformation and artificial intelligence. I realized if I didn't evolve, I'd be left behind. Taking the leap, I now lead digital transformation and innovation at a global firm. This role challenges me every day to think differently, collaborate effectively, and drive meaningful change.

Mentorship is central to my life—guiding students, volunteering, and nurturing young talent. In one initiative, we grew three million trees, restoring ecosystems and inspiring people to act. Another time, I collaborated on a diabetes awareness program. I don't have diabetes myself, but seeing how the initiative impacted lives reminded me that you don't have to experience something personally to make a difference.

These experiences taught me how much others actually shape our journeys. By giving forward, we create opportunities while enriching our paths and values. So, here's my takeaway: Keep learning, keep sharing, and keep planting those seeds. You might not see the results immediately, but trust me, they'll grow into something incredible.
